Please note, for all returns (not warranty exchanges), customer will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee, no exceptions. Opened/used products do not qualify for returns. We do not accept returns on opened products, only warranty exchange.

Most orders placed before 6PM ET will ship within two business days

  • Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS shipping holidays.
  • FREE GROUND SHIPPING to the continental lower 48 states on all orders. We use UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Parcel Post. We are required to collect 6.0% sales tax from Pennsylvania residents.
  • All items ship from locations in Oregon, Pa, California and Arizona
  • PowerXM.com reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Free Lifetime Technical Support

Any item purchased from PowerXM.com qualifies for our free lifetime technical support. Have a problem with your XM Radio receiver? Lost your owner's manual? Have an issue with your cradle or installation? As long as you purchased from us, call us and we'll provide you with the answers you need. When calling, provide us with your last name or order number so we can look up your item and be able to best help you.

Our Guarantee & Return Policy

Orders placed through PowerXM.com and PowerXM.comís eBay store are covered by our 30-day no-hassle return policy, starting from the day your order is marked DELIVERED to you by the shipper, unless otherwise noted within the product description.

If you need to return a product that isn't what you wanted, doesn't work for your application, or was ordered incorrectly, we will be happy to help. You MUST email or call us and obtain an RMA number before returning any product. We reserve the right to refuse any products returned to us without a return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the return package.

Unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery are entitled to a refund of the purchase price. Unopened items returned 31-60 days after the date of delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee, based on product purchase price.

Once our return policy has expired for your order, you must contact the manufacturer of the product for applicable warranty service, repair, or replacement.To obtain an RMA Number, please email sales@powerxm.com, or call (888) 206-9107.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping charges must be paid for by purchaser.

We will be happy to help you with the details of packaging and shipping your merchandise for refund, or exchange if defective. Some limitations and restrictions apply. Replacements for defective items are shipped via ground upon return of the defective item, usually within 1 business day. To obtain a no-hassle refund, please be sure to include ALL original product packaging, and literature. Items cannot be returned without the original UPC product bar codes on the packages. Please keep products and packaging in like-new condition when returning for a refund to avoid fees for damaged/missing items. DO NOT write on or mark-up any of the product packaging. Place and ship all return products into another outer package to avoid shipping damage.

Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments

PowerXM.com is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc.). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and PowerXM.com that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, we will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price.

We strive to ship products out as soon as possible. Once items are shipped, PowerXM.com has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

If necessary, PowerXM.com will assist in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.
